Peach Basil Bliss

This cocktail is sunshine in a glass — even if you’re in Manchester and it’s raining sideways. It’s bubbly, sweet, tart, and a bit cheeky… like your favourite queer mate who always overshares.

• 60 ml Peach Gay Water
• 30 ml gin (or vodka)
• 30 ml fresh lemon juice
• 30 ml honey syrup
• 4–5 fresh basil leaves
• Splash of sparkling wine (optional)
• Ice
• Basil sprig and peach slice (to garnish)

1. Prep the ingredients.
2. Muddle basil with honey syrup.
3. Add Gay Water, gin, and lemon juice.
4. Shake with ice.
5. Strain into a chilled glass with ice.
6. Top with sparkling wine if desired.
7. Garnish & glam.
