• 30 ml Gay Water Peach
• 30 ml coconut rum
• 30 ml blue curaçao
• 60 ml pineapple juice
• 30 ml lime juice
• Grenadine
• Sparkling water
• Decorate: Pineapple wedge, glacé cherry and rainbow cocktail stirrer

1. Prep the ingredients.
2. Layer the grenadine in the bottom of your glass.
3. Mix vodka, rum, pineapple juice, lime, and ice in a shaker.
4. Pour over the back of a spoon onto the grenadine.
5. Add blue curaçao in a thin stream, then top with sparkling water.
6. Decorate with pineapple, cherry, and cocktail stirrer.
7. Sip & shimmy.
